Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical social work services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness, severe emotional disorders, and situational crises.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and crisis intervention strategies to support clients and their families.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques that promote healing and resilience.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with professional ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, which may include physicians, nurses, and chaplains, to ensure coordinated and holistic care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we are excited to introduce a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
