What Your Days Will Look Like

• Empower Your Team: Supervise your storefront/kiosk hourly staff, handle scheduling, and monitor performance to keep quality sky-high.
• Build the Dream Team: Partner directly with the Area/Regional Manager to recruit, interview, and hire top seasonal talent.
• Drive Success: Boost customer service, maximize sales, and keep clients smiling.
• Stay Sharp: Review fun productivity reports, manage proper procedures, and maintain a seamless filing system for completed tax returns.
• Be the Hero: Follow up with clients to welcome them back into the office so they can successfully finish and file their returns.

What You Bring to the Team

• The Foundation: A High School Degree (or equivalent business experience).
• The Drive: Previous experience in management, sales, or tax preparation is highly preferred
• The Leadership: At least one year of supervisory or management experience is a big plus.
• The Tech Skills: Comfort using computers and everyday tools like Word, Excel, email, browsers, and standard tax or accounting software, accurate data-entry
• The Official Stamp: Ability to obtain a PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) from the IRS.

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
