About the Role
The Company is in search of a President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its next chapter in behavioral healthcare. The successful candidate will be a visionary and mission-driven executive with a strong background in healthcare, particularly in the areas of behavioral health, nonprofit management, or a related field. Key responsibilities for the CEO include partnering with the Board on strategic direction, leading the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring operational excellence, and modernizing service delivery and revenue cycle operations. The role also involves building a unified culture, strengthening employee engagement, and representing the organization externally. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 5 years' of executive or senior leadership experience, and a proven track record in organizational transformation, healthcare innovation, and financial stewardship.
