Position DescriptionAdministrative Assistant supporting operations related to the support of the business.Position SummaryThe position provides administrative support to the office and General Manager, including payroll timekeeping, employee time-off tracking, report preparation, correspondence, electronic filing, and responding to internal and external inquiries. The role requires strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects while handling sensitive information with confidentiality.Additional responsibilities include monitoring open purchase orders, processing and distributing mail, resolving administrative issues, and assisting with the posting and sale of items through online marketplaces such as Facebook Marketplace and eBay. Other duties may be assigned by the General Manager.Position Location and ScheduleFull-time, day-shift position at AVMATS Parts Support.827 Texas Ct.O'Fallon, MO 63366Monday - Friday8 am to 4:30 pmOvertime time available as neededRequired QualificationsMust have administrative and/or assistant experienceKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skills, proactive and not reativeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsSelf-starter and team player; willingness to help where neededProficient in MicroSoft Office, Libre experience a plusPreferred Experience or QualificationsBeing able to think outside of the box is a plus.College degree is a plus
