Our client in Latrobe, PA is looking for an HR Generalist to provide hands-on support to a busy HR team during a temporary leave of absence. This contract opportunity offers the chance to step into a visible role supporting employee relations, HR administration, and day-to-day operations at a growing manufacturing organization.

Location: Latrobe, PA

Schedule: Full-time, On-site

Duration: Up to 6 months (Contract), possibility for extension or conversion

Pay Rate: $32-$37/hour

Hours: Full-time hours with a flexible schedule, generally between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM

Attire: Business casual 

Parking: Dedicated on-site lot

Responsibilities:

Support HR management and operations with day-to-day employee relations matters

Maintain and organize employee training records and related documentation

Partner with managers and supervisors to address employee questions and HR concerns

Assist with HR programs, policies, and employee communications

Support onboarding, employee documentation, and general HR administration

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth department operations during a leave of absence

Provide hands-on support across a variety of HR functions as business needs arise

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an HR Generalist or similar human resources role

Strong employee relations experience and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels

Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and managing a variety of HR responsibilities

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work independently while collaborating with HR leadership and operational teams

Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
