To support high-volume hiring needs, the contract Remote Healthcare Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical, technical, and administrative roles while working remotely from California or Colorado. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop sourcing strategies Proactively source candidates and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple healthcare positions Utilize recruiting technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems to enhance efficiency and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Required Qualifications BA Degree required Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in healthcare or professional environments Strong experience managing full-cycle recruiting for healthcare roles Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as UKG Knowledge of West Coast employment regulations, including California labor laws
