GTM Strategist

Our client, a leader in the Financial Services space, is looking to add a Go-to-Market Strategist, Product to their team on a contract basis. Role will be remote, 40 hours/week and ongoing. EST/CST time zone preferred. Pay Range : $61/hr. Duration : Ongoing Location : Remote Overview Experienced Go-To-Market Strategist to support the development and execution of integrated go-to-market strategies for its installment financing and partner channel initiatives. This role will play a key part in developing frameworks, messaging, and content that define how new financial products are positioned, marketed, and scaled across key consumer categories — beginning with the cosmetic and aesthetic care industry as a foundational use case. The strategist will combine research, analytical thinking, and creative storytelling to shape market positioning, drive adoption, and support cross-functional go-to-market activation efforts. Key Responsibilities Go-To-Market Planning : Lead strategic development for new product launches and campaigns, defining audience targets, positioning, value propositions, and activation plans. Translate research and competitive insights into compelling messaging frameworks and differentiated product positioning across channels. Cross-Functional Alignment : Collaborate with brand, creative, and client experience teams to ensure cohesive execution of GTM strategies and campaigns. Market Analysis : Identify category white space and opportunities within the Health & Wellness, Beauty, and Cosmetic segments to strengthen CareCredit’s market presence. Partner with internal teams to develop materials and frameworks that equip sales and partnership teams to drive product adoption. Performance Optimization : Evaluate campaign and launch results; provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on business KPIs and customer insights. Ideal Background 7–10+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or brand strategy, ideally within consumer, healthcare, or beauty industries. Proven success launching and scaling consumer products or services across integrated channels. Experience synthesizing research into clear, actionable strategic frameworks. Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and cross-channel communication strategy. Excellent communicator and collaborator — able to influence at all levels and work cross-functionally. Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure in evolving or newly formed teams. Preferred Experience Agency or consultancy background with exposure to GTM or product positioning work. Familiarity with health and wellness or cosmetic industry trends. Experience partnering with marketing, creative, and product teams to bring ideas to market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
