Jeff Wyler Nissan is hiring a body shop parts person in Louisville, KY.

The body shop parts person will sell parts to all customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone.

Essential duties include answering phone calls, providing price quotes and other information, reviewing body shop estimates, providing a high level of service to internal and external customers, notifying manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention, locating out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submitting an emergency order if necessary, notifying the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have been received, notifying the body shop when all parts have arrived and when they will be delivered, following up on back-ordered parts, verifying will-call and back-order files weekly and returning to vendors or stocking those items not picked up or required, making sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders, issuing credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice or its number is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified, keeping orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special-order parts, setting up orders for daily shipment, delivery or pick-up, participating in all training programs that are made available, maintaining professional appearance, and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications include dealership experience working as a parts counter in body shop preferred, 2-3 years' experience handling parts and customer service.
