School Assistant / Community & Media Coordinator (Part-Time)
This is a dynamic, hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety and being involved in all aspects of school life. Youll play an important role in students daily experiences from snack breaks and recess to classroom support while also helping bring school events and community moments to life. Responsibilities Include
- Setting up and breaking down school events, parties, special assemblies, and celebrations
- Organizing and supporting classroom supplies and teacher needs
- Assisting with student supervision during recess and lunch
- Supporting teachers in classrooms (centers, activities, and transitions)
- Yearbook content
- School social media
- Family communications
- Helping foster and maintain a warm, positive school community
- Videos and Photos for social media content
- Trend Creations
- Managing Social Media
- Know how to video using Osmo camera
- Someone who genuinely loves working with children
- Creative, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in social media, photography, or content creation (experience is a plus, but not required)
- Organized, dependable, and a strong team player
- Comfortable engaging with students, staff, and families
- Someone with media experience X, instagram, facebook content creation
- Content editing, tagging
- Daily Posting
- Part-time
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 10am-2pm
- A great fit for students or professionals in education, child development, marketing , or anyone who loves being part of a school community
