Manufacturing Associates – Production & Machine Operations

• Shoreline Area | I-95 North Corridor
• 1st & 2nd Shift | $16.94–$19.00/hour

We’re hiring Manufacturing Associates for a variety of current and future positions with manufacturing companies along the Connecticut shoreline. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply! Openings vary by company and may include:

• Production Associates
• Machine Operators
• Process Technicians
• Assembly and Packaging
• Other manufacturing support positions
• Some positions involve operating machinery or learning specialized manufacturing processes, while others focus on hands-on production and assembly.

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required for all positions
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks during the workday
• Some positions require heavy lifting and more physically demanding work

Job Details

• $16.94–$19.00 per hour
• Pay varies by position, experience, and shift
