How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the vision for case management, optimizing our workflow and resources to drive exceptional patient outcomes. Innovate and implement our case management strategies to keep us ahead in quality and performance. Be a strategic expert, ensuring our resources are aligned with our system-wide goals and sharing our successes and insights with leadership. Partner with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to champion evidence-based practices and reduce variation, using data to continuously elevate the quality of care. Serve as the key problem-solver for the most complex operational challenges within the case management department. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred. Work Experience: 5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
