Controller

Overview System One is assisting a Tulsa company with a search for a Controller. The successful candidate will work with a collaborative leadership team and colleagues who excel in their areas of expertise. This is a direct-hire opportunity with an on-site work schedule. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities and ensure accurate consolidated financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP Lead the monthly/quarterly/year-end close process and drive timely, accurate deliverables Manage and develop the accounting team, setting expectations and supporting performance and growth Maintain and enhance internal controls and support external audit activities Partner with leadership on financial analysis, forecasting support, and process improvement initiatives Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA required 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience preferably with a mix of public accounting experience coupled with corporate accounting experience Proven people-leadership experience (managing/mentoring accounting staff) Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial statement preparation, and advanced Excel; ERP/accounting system experience preferred Great attitude with a strong work ethic Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
