Weekend Quality Lab Tech II - SAP & Compliance Pro

Danone

Danone North America is seeking a Quality Lab Tech II to support our Dallas beverage operations on weekends. You will review ESL processing, packaging, and lab forms daily, manage product releases via SAP, and ensure proper documentation for holds and non-conformances.

The role requires strong communication, familiarity with GMPs, and hands-on testing with lab equipment. You’ll collaborate across shifts to maintain safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing
