What you'll bring:

• Experience as a paraprofessional in a school environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing classroom needs
• Enthusiasm for working in a high school resource room
• Ability to follow direction and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus

Your contributions will include:

• Providing direct classroom support to students and teachers
• Assisting with lesson implementation and adapting materials
• Supporting students individually or in small groups, according to educational goals
• Maintaining an organized, positive learning space
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers
• Encouraging social, emotional, and academic development

Expect to participate in a swift and straightforward interview process, with an initial direct interview scheduled for Friday, and a potential second round the following Monday, August 24th if needed. This role offers a competitive pay range of $40-$45 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
