The role is responsible for processing, including reviewing, verifying, and reconciling a variety of transactions.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProduction and distribution of monthly client financialsReviewing and posting all GPR functionsVerification of all receivable and payable data processedCalculation and processing of owner distributionsPosting and processing of property management feesMaintain property balance sheetsResearching and answering Portfolio Manager's or Client's questions regarding tenant statements or financial reportsReviews, approves, and enters journal entriesEnsure accuracy of all general ledger information and account balancesCurrent/Retained EarningsOversee accounts to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timelinessBanking set up for onboarding and offboarding of propertiesAdjustments and corrections for batches within Yardi/Rent CaféPosting AJE's for closing statementsPosting YE CPA adjustmentsWork closely with 3rd party auditor to help prepare bank recs, reviewing and correcting variancesOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, strongly preferred2+ years' experience with full cycle accounting, requiredExperience in multi entity, strongly preferredTo thrive in this role, you must be a detailed oriented individual with a proven track record of accuracy and process improvementOrganized and professional with excellent communication skillsMicrosoft Office experience requiredSolution based thinking in a fast paced environmentExperience with Yardi Voyager, Payscan, and Yardi BillPay preferredCompensation Package$70,000 - $90,000 base salary, depending on experience2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start9 Paid Holidays, including your birthday401k - 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salaryMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (90% paid by Cornerstone), Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital, and Life InsuranceWorking ConditionsPosition is full time Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch.Full time in our Denver office for training, with the potential to transition to a hybrid remote work schedule after training.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementThe best qualified individuals are employed from the available labor force and provided with opportunity for advancement, where possible, in a manner which does not discriminate because of genetic information, race, color, religion, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, marital status, arrest and court record, disability, sexual orientation, military status, veteran status, or other grounds protected under applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and/or executive order except as allowed by law.
