Senior Property Accountant

Overview We’re partnering with a nationally recognized organization headquartered in the Denver Tech Center that’s adding a Senior Property Accountant to support a diverse, multi-location real estate portfolio. Why You Should Apply Highly visible role with large, immediate impact Headquartered in DTC with a collaborative accounting team Senior level ownership of multiple locations and lease portfolios Competitive compensation and strong benefits Flexibility with a hybrid schedule What You’ll Be Doing As Sr Property Accountant Manage accounting for a portfolio of properties across multiple locations Oversee lease accounting, including rent schedules, reconciliations, and reporting Maintain fixed asset schedules, depreciation, and disposals Support month end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations Partner with property management, FP&A, and leadership on reporting and analysis Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal accounting policies What You Bring As Sr Property Accountant 5+ years of property or real estate accounting experience Strong background managing lease portfolios and multi-site operations Hands on experience with construction accounting and fixed assets NetSuite experience is a strong plus Detail oriented, organized, and comfortable owning complex accounts Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Details Compensation: $85,000–$110,000 Employment Type: Permanent, full-time Start Date: ASAP #J-18808-Ljbffr
