The posted compensation range of $19.96 - $28.19/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be a central figure in our pharmacy, providing essential support to pharmacists in dispensing medications, assisting patients, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will play a vital role in upholding medication safety, patient satisfaction, and efficient workflow. Every day, you will expertly process prescriptions, meticulously enter patient information, accurately count, pour, and label medications, and manage inventory, ensuring adherence to strict regulations and policies. You will also assist patients, answer questions within your scope, manage prescriber communication, and maintain a clean environment, providing compassionate and efficient service. To be successful in this role, you will combine a strong understanding of pharmaceutical terminology, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication and customer service skills. You will demonstrate a proactive approach, a commitment to accuracy, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering safe, patient-centered care.

Job Requirements

Required

• High School Graduate, or
• High School GED,
• Pharmacy Technician: AZ, and
• Certified Pharmacy Tech ECPT, or
• Certified Pharmacy Tech PTCB,or
• Certified Pharmacy Tech
