We handle civil engineering, land surveying, structural and traffic engineering, land and master planning, landscape architecture, and aerial mapping, all under one roof. As our civil team continues to grow, we are seeking a Civil Engineer who is sharp, motivated, and ready to take ownership of land development projects from early design through construction. What You\'ll Do Design site civil plans, including grading and drainage, utility layout, and roadway and infrastructure improvements Prepare preliminary plats and site improvement plans, the work Reeve is known for turning around quickly Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analysis and stormwater design Produce construction documents and technical specifications in AutoCAD Civil 3D Conduct site evaluations and prepare conditions reports and feasibility studies Coordinate with in-house surveyors, planners, and structural and traffic engineers to keep projects moving Work with municipalities and agencies through entitlements and permitting Support projects during construction, responding to questions and reviewing submittals What We\'re Looking For Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering Experience in land development or site civil design Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D Working knowledge of grading, drainage, utility design, and stormwater management Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once Familiarity with Utah municipal standards and the local permitting process is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Health, wellness, and retirement benefits Comprehensive training and support, plus mentorship toward your PE Cutting-edge tools and technology, including 3D point cloud aerial mapping On-site fitness gym and pickleball court, free snacks and drinks, and company breakfasts Family events, company parties, and a paid holiday break A collaborative, multi-disciplinary team where your work is seen and your projects get built Build Your Career at Reeve & Associates At Reeve & Associates, you\'ll do meaningful land development work, grow alongside experienced engineers and surveyors, and have the whole team behind you to get projects done right.
