We'll teach the right person the technical parts of the job they'll need. What You'll Do You'll wear a lot of hats, almost like running your own business. Typical tasks include: Answer calls and emails with inquiries about our tools Help educate potential customers about how our tools can produce the parts they need Provide quotes for standard and custom-built tools Enter orders, create shipping documents, invoice completed orders Process credit cards, maintain spreadsheets and reports Provide customer service and troubleshoot problems with tools Maintain our website and marketing programs Set up and work 1 – 2 trade shows per year (out of state, typically 5 – 6 days) What You Bring A minimum of two years of college or relevant work experience Basic mathematical skills Patience and the ability to explain and educate Excellent reading and writing skills Ability to pass our company ISO, English, and Math assessments.
