What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily stockroom operations including receiving, inventory, issuing parts, and tooling
• Ensure materials are available to support production and minimize downtime
• Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and audits
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and quality teams
• Supervise shipping and receiving for efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and company quality standards
• Identify and implement process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in stockroom, warehouse, or materials management
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
• Aviation or MRO experience strongly preferred
• Experience with inventory systems (Quantum is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
