Level 2 Operator - Pentair (Medical Manufacturing)

Pay: $19-$24/hr depending on experience

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Location: Temperature-controlled production environment

• Operating simple manual machines
• Loading parts and running programmed processes
• Inspecting products using microscopes and measuring tools
• Assembling small components using tweezers and hand tools
• Following written work instructions and documenting work
• Working independently or with 1 other person at a workstation

✅ This is a standing job. You'll be on your feet for 10-12 hours per shift at your workstation.

✅ Requires good hand dexterity and attention to detail. You'll be working with small parts and performing repetitive assembly tasks.

✅ Basic manufacturing experience is required (6+ months preferred).

✅ Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.

1st shift 5am- 3:30pm Monday -Thursday

Weekend Shift 5am-5:30pm Friday- Sunday

• Higher pay due to weekend premium
• Only 1 opening available
• Great option for someone wanting the highest earnings

2nd Shift 3:30pm-2am Monday -Thursday

• Additional shift differential on top of base pay

• Manufacturing experience
• Comfortable standing all shift
• Mechanically inclined
• Good attendance and reliability
• Able to read work instructions and do basic math
• Open to learning different departments

• Contract-to-hire opportunity

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Saint Paul,MN.
