Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal - Irvine, CA

A well-established business and civil litigation law firm is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join its Irvine, CA office.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably with a background in construction defect and/or civil litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and assist with legal writing.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare page-line summaries.
• Assist with drafting and preparing motions in limine.
• Organize and maintain case files and litigation materials.
• Provide day-to-day support to attorneys throughout the litigation process.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience, preferably in litigation.
• Experience with construction defect and/or civil litigation is highly preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience drafting pleadings and discovery.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience with Lexis Form Builder is preferred.
• Paralegal certificate required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
