Job Title Shipping & Receiving Clerk Position Purpose Responsible for preparing shipments, accepting deliveries, and moving packages or office equipment between locations. Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages, including Help Desk repair/servicing shipments. Key Responsibilities Package handling: Pick up and move computer equipment, furniture, and office supplies using carts or small moving equipment. Mail distribution: Collect and deliver office mail, packages, supplies, storage boxes, and hardware. Outgoing mail processing: Examine mail for proper addressing, seal envelopes, weigh items, and apply postage. Record keeping: Process and maintain records of certified, registered, and express mail. Supply requests: Manage requests via phone, email, or in person for office supplies, overnight delivery, and equipment repair/service. Administrative support: Fold letters, insert into envelopes, stamp, and dispatch as needed. Education / Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years of shipping/receiving, mail processing, or general office/administrative experience. Experience with Microsoft Office applications and internet usage. Working knowledge of USPS and FedEx procedures strongly preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications Required: 2+ years of shipping/receiving, ordering, packing, warehouse, or logistics experience. Required: Missouri Board of Pharmacy Technician License (or ability to apply on Day 1). Ability to lift heavy boxes (gel packs) and perform most tasks while standing. Strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential mail, and customer service skills. Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Chesterfield, MO.
