Full medical, dental, vision, 401k, parental leave, paid holidays, paid time off, and more!Make a meaningful impact every day by helping create products that support oral health and keep people smiling with confidence around the world.Who you’ll work with:Work as part of a collaborative and talented shipping and receiving team, partnering with warehouse, customer service, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, with day-to-day support and guidance from the Materials Manager to help you succeed in your role.What You’ll Do:Prepare, pack, and label products for shipment in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Verify order accuracy against purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation prior to release.Coordinate daily shipments including parcel, LTL freight, and international orders.Generate and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, shipping labels, and export paperwork (e.g., commercial invoices.)Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including DOT, IATA, and other hazardous materials shipping requirements.Classify hazardous materials and verify proper labeling, documentation, and packaging standards.Schedule carrier pickups and communicate effectively with UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers.Maintain accurate shipping records and update ERP or inventory management systems.Inspect outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness.Troubleshoot shipping issues, delays, and documentation discrepancies.Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts, as needed.Maintain documentation and processes in support of internal procedures and audit readiness.What You’ll Bring:3+ years of hands-on experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operationsExperience managing a mix of parcel and LTL freight shipmentsWorking knowledge of international shipping documentation and processesExperience handling or supporting hazardous materials shipmentsStrong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in documentation and order processingAbility to prioritize tasks and meet daily shipping deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsTechnical SkillsFamiliarity with carrier shipping systems (e.g., UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, freight portals)Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (IFS, Oracle, SAP)Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)Compensation Range: Starting at $20/hrThe pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, the compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and move packages up to 50 lbsManufacturing/Distribution EnvironmentThis position operates in a manufacturing plant environment. The role routinely involves working around machinery, equipment, and moving mechanical parts. The facility may be subject to varying temperatures, loud noise levels, and airborne particles such as dust or chemical fumes, depending on the area of the plant. This role may require periods of standing, sitting, or walking throughout the workday. Occasional bending, lifting, or carrying items up to 50 pounds may be necessary.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, control, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk. Hearing abilities required for this environment include being able to clearly hear and respond to audible alarms, production equipment, forklifts, and other machinery to maintain a safe work environment.
