About the Role: ABM is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor – Commercial HVAC to lead HVAC operations within assigned commercial facilities in the Washington, DC market. This role is responsible for supervising technicians, overseeing daily HVAC operations, and ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on commercial HVAC expertise—including chillers and boilers—combined with effective leadership, safety accountability, and customer focus. Shift: 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday (rotating on call schedule) Pay: $48 per hour (USD) The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
