Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy to clients across all age groups, addressing a range of mental health issues.

• Effectively utilize a billing service to handle claims, manage client and insurance accounts receivable, conduct benefit and eligibility checks, and establish payment plans.

• Document all therapeutic interactions and maintain comprehensive records in a timely manner in adherence to clinic policies.

• Manage scheduling for ongoing client appointments, ensuring an organized calendar that meets both client needs and workload capacity.

• Demonstrate flexibility and skill in managing various clinical presentations, adjusting therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work directly with a diverse client population that includes individuals coping with stress, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. Our clinic focuses on building strong therapeutic alliances, allowing clients to feel safe as they navigate their personal journeys towards improved mental health. Given our hospice connection, an understanding of end-of-life issues and grief counseling experience would be beneficial in supporting our clients and their families effectively.

• Availability for a full-time schedule, consisting of at least 20-25 hours per week, including a minimum of 2 evenings weekly to accommodate client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
