Nursing Home RN, Unit Managers needed for a lovely skilled nursing facility located in Bennington, VT

Salary: $40/HR to $45/HR

Qualifications:

Must have Vermont RN license
Prior nurse management experience in a nursing home setting
Must have long term care experience
Strong leadership/managerial skills

Responsibilities:

Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
