Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Minnesota SLP License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in educational settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Dedication to fostering student confidence and academic growth
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress toward goals
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
- Be part of a school community dedicated to student engagement and learning
