If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummarySummary:The “Program Manager” will be based in Austin, TX (Flex Headquarters), reporting to the Director of Program Management.In this role, you will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.Responsibilities:Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.Reviews projects proposal or plans, to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.In charge of customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.Qualifications:Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.Typically requires a minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in program administration/management or related areas, from the following from these types of companies: contract manufacturers and/or automated manufacturing companies (automotive, medical device, defense/aerospace, pharmaceutical, or food and beverage).Experience leading Kaizen events, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, are ideal/optional.Proficiency with MS Project required.Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
