Apply Now Responsibilities Provide expertise in accounting support services for multiple clients, delivering on their unique business needs and maintaining account engagements monthly Client accounting responsibilities may include payroll processing, sales tax and tax returns, processing accounts payable, invoicing or accounts receivable work. Maintaining general ledgers, reconciliations and preparing journal entries for monthly close. Respond to inquiries on accounts, researching and resolving any discrepancies and providing any documentation needed Interpreting and analyzing financial data, compiling reports and insights for clients quarterly Treasury and banking setup needs, facilitating disbursements of funds, and bank reconciliations Analyze and present monthly financial reports Quarterly and annual forecasting, variance analysis and ad hoc reporting Support efforts in special projects and other accounting related responsibilities Our Ideal Candidate Will deliver financial information through administration, bookkeeping, account analysis, and preparation of financial statements to external clients Possess 2-6 + years’ of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or similar Bachelor Degree preferred but not required Excellent communication skills and ability to interact well with external and internal stakeholders Should be proficient in accounting software systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Dynamics..
