ServiceNow Tech Ops Support Lead

This position is 100% remote; however, candidates must be willing to travel to nearby sites as needed. Applicants must be located within the United States. Job Description:

- Responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the stability and performance of ServiceNow applications across assigned domains.
- nalyze and troubleshoot application behavior to identify root causes of functional and technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system-related challenges and maintain service quality.
- Support configuration, enhancement, and maintenance activities within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- pply scripting knowledge, including JavaScript, to investigate, customize, and improve platform functionality.
- Ensure data integrity and operational consistency across applications within the supported domain.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver updates on system health.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including analysis, solutions, and preventive recommendations.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base content to improve support efficiency and enable knowledge sharing.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and platform expertise to ensure reliable and efficient ServiceNow operations.
