Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
Beverly Hills, CA

Salary: $150,000 to $275,000 (DOE) plus discretionary bonus opportunities

A successful and growing plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its high-performing litigation team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced trial attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to handle complex, high-value personal injury matters from case inception through trial.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of complex personal injury litigation matters from pre-litigation through trial.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy while providing legal guidance throughout the life of each case.
• Draft and argue pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, medical providers, and expert witnesses.
• Develop litigation strategy and negotiate favorable settlements when appropriate.
• Represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, hearings, and trial.
• Serve as first or second chair during jury trials, including voir dire, opening statements, witness examinations, and closing arguments.
• Collaborate with legal staff to ensure cases progress efficiently and deadlines are consistently met.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and litigation strategy.

Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of five years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• First or second-chair jury trial experience is required.
• Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex litigation matters.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and case management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
