The Ohio Department of Children and Youth seeks a licensed attorney to provide legal advice and counseling to the DCY Director, Deputy Directors, and program areas. The role serves as a legal liaison with the Ohio Attorney General's Office and others, drafting opinions and memoranda as needed. Responsibilities include representing DCY in legal proceedings, analyzing legislation and contracts, and supporting public records responses.
