Job Description Job Description Job Opportunity: Litigation Attorney (2–5 Years of Experience)
Our client is seeking a talented attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in toxic tort, general litigation defense, and some employment defense.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings and dispositive motions
Draft and respond to written discovery and discovery motions
Attend court hearings and argue motions
Conduct and defend depositions of both fact and expert witnesses
Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
Prepare trial documents and submissions
Provide analytical insight and strategic recommendations
Manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
