Job Summary The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Front Desk Student Assistant - Institutional Student Worker, on the Cumming Campus. The student assistant will serve as the receptionist at the information desk and provide clerical support to students, faculty and staff. Responsibilities Serves as the receptionist at the Information Desk and provides clerical support to students, faculty and staff. Greet visitors Answer phones, triage calls, and direct caller to appropriate departments for assistance. Assist students, parents, and others who are visiting the campus by determining their needs and directing them to the appropriate department or personnel for assistance. Answer general routine questions Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Must have knowledge of basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office and Outlook. Required Qualifications Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
