Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery Opportunity!

MLR is looking for a full-time, permanent Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's Labor and Delivery team at a premier healthcare facility near Ovalo, Texas!

Key Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery:

Provide exceptional care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
Engage in a full-time, direct-hire role within the Labor and Delivery department.
Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs, administer medications, and assist during the delivery process.
Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and positive birthing experiences.
Educate mothers and families on childbirth processes, postpartum care, and newborn care.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Adhere to safety standards and protocols to create a secure environment for both mothers and newborns.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
CPR, PALS, BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required (or willingness to obtain).
