Demand Generation Specialist (Industrial B2B/SaaS)

Demand Generation Specialist (Industrial B2B/SaaS) We are FINDIQ, a tech startup leading the generational change in industrial machine and plant servicing, building the first AI‑based knowledge platform for medium‑size machine manufacturers and large global companies. As our first dedicated Demand Generation Specialist, you will lay the marketing foundation for our U.S. and international growth. This hands‑on, high‑impact role owns content creation, campaign strategy, lead generation, and marketing automation to help our sales team scale with high‑quality opportunities. What Awaits You Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across inbound and outbound channels (content, email, paid, social, ABM). Build and manage marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and maintain CRM hygiene. Create technical content (case studies, whitepapers, blog posts) tailored to industrial/manufacturing audiences. Analyze campaign performance, optimize for lead quality and conversion, and report on KPIs. Align closely with sales (SDR/AE teams) to ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loops. Localize messaging for U.S. manufacturing and industrial buyers. Partner with industry associations and trade publications for thought leadership and credibility. Own the development of buyer personas and lead scoring frameworks. What We Expect 3+ years in B2B demand generation, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or SaaS sectors. Demonstrated expertise with marketing automation and CRM platforms. Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data to drive decisions. Proven ability to create compelling technical content and messaging. Experience managing multi‑channel campaigns (organic, paid, email, social). Excellent project management and cross‑functional communication skills. Track record of delivering qualified leads and supporting sales pipeline growth.
