Senior Accountant

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports. Assist with financial analysis and provide accurate and timely reporting to the Controller and CFO. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies. Collaborate with the Controller on process improvements to move the team from transactional to more strategic functions. Work within NetSuite ERP system to maintain accurate financial records and streamline workflows. Support audits and assist with documentation as needed. Partner with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and growing environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or multi-entity environment. Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting processes, including month-end close. Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP system preferred. Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets. Highly driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic, evolving environment.
