Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.60 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM Sat: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM Sun: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Monitor front desk activity, manage access in accordance with site protocols, and verify visitor and vendor credentials before granting entry to authorized areas. Answer questions, provide directions, and support badge issuance, visitor logs, and other front desk documentation in a courteous and professional manner. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and elevate concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate. Observe lobby and entry areas for suspicious or unauthorized activity and help deter disruptions through visible front desk presence and timely reporting. Minimum Requirements: Security‑related experience of 1 or more years is required. A guard card and/or license is preferred. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
