Medical Technologist (Epic)

Laboratory Technician

Performs chemical, microscopic, and microbiological test assays and related duties to obtain results for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Performs related duties in laboratory to include storing and labeling specimens and using manual and automatic equipment to prepare specimens and perform analytical tests. Performs procedures that exclude any to be performed only by licensed clinical laboratory scientists as defined by State licensure regulations. Supervises phlebotomists, offers suggestions and provides guidance as needed.

This position is for an EPIC conversion. Candidates must have EPIC and Cerner experience within the last 5 years and have worked as an employee of an organization / successfully completed a contract. Each work history entry must list the charting system used. If multiple EMR systems are listed on one job, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used. No RTO is allowed. The listed start date is firm. Auto Offer EPIC BACKFILL, Day Shift - 40 hours per week (8x5's). MUST have recent EPIC experience within the last 12 months.
