The Sun Valley In-Room Dining Attendant delivers food orders to hotel guests' rooms. Working in hotels and hotel kitchens, they manage multiple orders and make deliveries in a timely and efficient manner. Duties include taking and accurately entering guest orders, preparing orders according to established service standards, delivering orders promptly and ensuring a positive guest experience, clearing and cleaning dishes while maintaining an organized service area, and completing payment transactions accurately. Additional duties may be assigned. Qualifications include being at least 19 years of age, previous serving experience strongly preferred, ability to engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, and reaching, and the ability to safely move objects up to approximately 50 pounds about the workplace. Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including weekends, holidays, and early or late shifts.
