Position Summary Holz Motors is looking for a Service Advisor to work in our Service Department. Employees work a rotating schedule while our department is open. Our Service Department hours are as follows. Key Responsibilities Oversee flow of Mobile Service. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled. Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers. Distribute work between technicians efficiently. Qualifications Organized and friendly personality. Proven track record of success in a sale role required. Demonstrated ability to manage others. Time management skills. Fantastic communication skills with customers. Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance. Experience with Tekion DMS preferred but not required. What We Offer Medical and Dental Plan. $15k of employer‑paid life insurance.
