Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

We are excited to announce a full-time position for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at our facility in Mason City, Iowa. This is a hospital-employed role that offers a fantastic work-life balance, featuring a call rotation of 1:8, a day off following on-call shifts, one holiday per year, and the option for at-home call.

Team Environment

Join a collaborative team consisting of 5 CRNAs and 4 Anesthesiologists. We encourage new graduates to apply, as mentorship from experienced CRNAs is available. Our CRNAs appreciate the supportive atmosphere and cohesive work environment, which enhances their professional experience.

Clinical Responsibilities

Under limited supervision, the CRNA will carry out clinical tasks guided by the Medical Director, Anesthesiologists, Surgeons, and other attending physicians. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining professional credentials and clinical skills necessary for delivering safe and effective anesthesia care.

• Administer all types of anesthesia except for transplant cases.
• Participate in a team-oriented approach to anesthesia, providing regional anesthesia, general anesthesia, and Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC).

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes:

• Base salary of up to $286,700
• Bonuses totaling $90,000
• Relocation assistance of up to $15,000
