Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and therapeutic interventions to patients coping with a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional disorders.

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, focusing on emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, and utilize these assessments to formulate and implement tailored treatment plans.

• Develop and execute evidence-based interventions that address each patient’s individual needs, ensuring treatments are culturally competent and sensitivity aware.

• Monitor patient progress on a continuous basis, adjusting treatment strategies as required based on clinical assessments and patient feedback.

• Collaborate with primary care providers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care, thereby promoting holistic well-being.

• Provide psychoeducation and resources to patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health conditions and facilitating informed decisions about treatment options.

Compensation and Benefits\n
