Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and assessments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client’s unique needs and situation.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, which may include coping strategies, skill-building exercises, and therapeutic interventions tailored to each student.

• Participate actively in crisis intervention efforts, attending to urgent needs and providing immediate support to students facing emotional or behavioral challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as per company guidelines, including case notes, treatment progress and bio-psychosocial assessments.

• Engage in case management activities, coordinating with school staff, families, and external providers to facilitate effective care transitions and aftercare plans.

• Monitor clients’ medication regimens and report any observed side effects or concerns to the supervising psychiatrist, ensuring the safety and health of clients.

• Lead and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance students’ coping mechanisms and social skills.

• Develop professional relationships with community resources to advocate for clients’ access to housing, food assistance, healthcare, and other critical services necessary for their well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse student population, including children and adolescents facing a variety of behavioral health challenges. The focus is on delivering culturally competent care that respects the individual needs of each student, recognizing that success often involves collaboration with families and educators. You will help guide students through formative experiences, ensuring they have support during academically and emotionally challenging times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active and unrestricted Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually.
