Physician Recruitment Specialist, HR - Physician Services, FT, 8:30A-5P

DescriptionAct as liaison and business partner between BHMG leaders and physicians. Under the guidance of BHMG executives and Physician Recruitment leadership partners with hiring leaders to develop sourcing plans and participates in job scoping sessions with leaders. Screens candidates to meet staffing needs. Understands the business and follows through with the employment process as defined by policy. Organizes and supports various physician activities. Also provides additional support to the physician recruitment function as assigned.
