Role Description
This is a remote position.
At Outsource Access, we help industry-leading marketing firms and their clients scale their digital advertising efforts. We don't just execute daily PPC tasks, we make sure every ad dollar counts, protecting budgets and driving measurable growth through flawless campaign management.
How You’ll Make a Difference
- Protecting the Ad Spend: You will systematically audit client accounts every 36 to 48 hours, aggressively monitoring budget pacing to prevent overspending and immediately mitigating any wasteful spend.
- Driving Campaign Clarity: By maintaining meticulous data accuracy and pulling insights from Google Ads and Analytics, you will turn complex numbers into actionable weekly flash reports and clear Looker Studio dashboards.
- Building the Foundation: You will conduct robust keyword research, identify crucial negative keywords, and flawlessly execute ad setups to ensure client campaigns launch smoothly and reach the exact right audience.
- Earning Your Autonomy: You will begin under a structured prior-approval protocol, meticulously documenting your actions in an Optimization Journal. As you prove your mastery of our SOPs and systems over your 90-day probation, you will earn the authority to make independent, high-level platform changes.
Qualifications
- Process-Driven & Detail-Obsessed: You thrive on strict operational cadences. Maintaining chronological change logs, avoiding rework, and hitting hard deadlines (like your Monday 12:00 PM CST reports) is second nature to you.
- A Growth-Minded Marketer: You possess a foundational understanding of PPC concepts (keywords, match types, bidding, quality score) and are hungry to build hands-on experience under the guidance of senior team members.
- A Proactive Problem Solver: Armed with excellent written English, you don't just stare at formatting—you investigate the data. You are quick to flag sudden metric drops, policy violations, or broken conversion tracking tags.
- Tech-Savvy: You effortlessly navigate Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and team tools like Slack and Asana, and you know your way around pivot tables and basic formulas in Excel or Google Sheets.
