Responsible for inbound phone calls from end users and after hours network support and troubleshooting and escalation to tier 2/3 teams. Candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills in network, MS 365 and ServiceNOW.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stanhope, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
