NeuroPsych Account Specialist - Olympia WA

Responsibilities
- Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
- Execute territory sales strategies to meet objectives via in-person and virtual communications
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, key opinion leaders, and payers
- Identify territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success and manage promotional budgets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with managed care, marketing, patient access, and medical science teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or related field with 4+ years pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience
- 3+ years specialty pharmaceutical, long-term care, psychology, or neurology sales experience
- Close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Veeva, or similar business intelligence platforms
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for frequent territory travel
- Psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic product experience strongly preferred
- Master's degree in science acceptable with 2+ years relevant commercial experience
