Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.

• Engage in group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to facilitate healing and growth among participants.

• Cooperate with other mental health and allied health professionals to ensure holistic patient care and follow-up on treatment progress.

• Educate clients and their families about social and emotional factors impacting mental health, potentially conducting training sessions or workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work predominantly with clients dealing with mental health issues and substance abuse, which may include a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds and age groups. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
